Did you know that 100% of Rosebud Coffee’s profits go to funding Coffee With A Cause? Our mission is to provide transitional-aged youth (ages 16-24) who have faced foster care, homelessness, or justice system involvement with a pathway to sustainable employment and long-term careers. 

Our 15-month internship program equips youth with soft skills training and hands-on experience in various trades through partnerships with local businesses like coffee shops, retail outlets, and landscaping firms. Upon completing the paid 3-month internship, youths are matched with a volunteer mentor who works with them for 12 months to help secure and maintain meaningful employment. 

90% of job-seeking program graduates secure a job within 3 months—providing the foundation for a brighter future. 

By opening a second shop, we can double  the number of youth we can serve and you can be a part of their stories of transformation.

To bring this vision to life, we’re in the midst of a $300K capital campaign to build out the space and create an environment where connection and impact flourish. We are happy to report that we are halfway there, having already raised $150K. Can you help make up the difference?
